The girls each took a turn "auditioning for news anchor". Kate couldn't quite read the teleprompter, so she was trying to think of things to say that a real news anchor would say.
Allie was talking in this phone booth for a while before I took her picture. I wonder who she was talking to.
Brandon is a nut!

Here we are with the girls, while they sit in an old fashioned buggy.
This is a game of rat basketball we got to watch. The rats actually put the ball through the hoop! It was fantastic!
Roman and Darin had a great time, too!
Brandon was like a little kid. He got so into the exhibits. Here, he is fitting pipes to make the water pour into an elevated bowl a little ways away from the spicket.

The weird light behind the girls is actually a motorized underwater camera, not an alien.
This was a really neat exhibit where you could pull a rope and lift this car.
Look how high the girls made it go! (You can't see it, but Brandon was actually lifting it with the second rope that is a little further down from the one the girls are using)
As they lowered the car, the car picked Allie up!
This is the view of Columbus from the outdoor exhibit of the museum. Beautiful, isn't it?
Here, Allie is listening to her own voice as it came back to her in this "echo well".
Brandon loved this machine, where you could make it suck up balls, then shoot them into the air.

Allie has apparently made up nicknames for herself and Kate. Allie's nickname was Fashion, but Brandon changed it to Fashion Fabulous, which she loved!
Kate's nickname was Token. Where does Allie come up with this stuff?It was such a fun trip! We loved every minute of it. Thank you, Lunt's! We can't wait to do it again!

The museum looks amazing. I've been wanting to take a trip out to Ohio. How long did it end up taking you guys to get there? Or did you fly? I loved your pics of the Parkinsons, btw. So beautiful.
Lori, We stayed in Hilliard (just outside of Columbus) and it was about a 7 hour drive. There is so much to do there! There is an amazing shopping center in Easton and it's all decorated for Christmas. It's beautiful. The city of Columbus is beautiful too. You should definitely go!
I so totally went to Cosi when i was up there for christmas and loved every second of it. Even though it's for little kids it was amazing!
Those are such great pictures, good job! I remember going to Cosi a long time ago, but I didn't see even half of that cool stuff. Lucky! That's great that y'all got to spend Thanksgiving with the Lunts. They're not too far away, right? So y'all can visit at Christmas too?
Looks like yall had lots of fun! The pictures are cute and the girls are so big!! They look diff. from when Brett and I lived there. I miss Ohio!
